The working principle of pulse solenoid valve is based on the action of electromagnetic force. When the electromagnetic iron is energized, a magnetic field is generated, which acts on the magnetic conductor on the iron core, attracting the magnetic conductor to the electromagnet. The magnetic conductor drives the power mechanism to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the valve. Pulse solenoid valve is mainly composed of iron core, coil wrapped with winding, and valve. It is controlled by opening and closing the valve in vacuum, air pressure and other working conditions.

1. Coil part of pulse solenoid valve

The coil part of the pulse solenoid valve is composed of winding and housing. The winding is made of copper or aluminum wire and placed longitudinally inside the casing. The magnetic flux of the winding is transmitted to the iron core, generating magnetic conductivity, and the solenoid valve converts it into mechanical potential energy. The magnetic flux transmitted by the winding undergoes multiple opposite changes when accommodating the valve, resulting in the effect of opening and closing the valve.

2. The iron core part of the pulse solenoid valve

The iron core of a pulse solenoid valve is made of magnetized material, usually composed of an iron core with copper coils. The upper part of the iron core has a filling ring to prevent the magnetic field generated by the magnetizing coil from escaping. The iron core is magnetized by the electrification of the coil, thus generating suction force that attracts the magnetic head, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the pipeline. The size of the iron core determines the magnitude of the current and also determines the speed of the switch.

3. Valve part of pulse solenoid valve

The valve part of a pulse solenoid valve is usually composed of a piston, an air passage, a valve seat, and a seal. When there is no current in the electromagnetic coil, the valve is in the closed state. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, it attracts the magnetic head through the magnetization and attraction of the iron core, and the magnetic head drives the piston to move, thereby opening the valve. At the same time, the gas inside the valve is released into the pipeline. When the current is disconnected, the magnetic head follows the coil to release, and the direction of force on the magnetic head and piston changes. Due to the pressure inside the valve, the piston closes the valve and gas no longer flows into the pipeline.
