Working principle
The dust-containing gas first enters the box from the entrance of the dust collector of the plastic burning plate. When the gas passes through the plastic burning plate on the outer surface of the plastic burning plate, the dust in the gas is trapped on the PTFE coating on the surface of the plastic burning plate (surface filtration), the gas enters the clean gas box (deep filtration) through the inner cavity of the plastic burning plate, and the purified gas is discharged through the exit of the dust removal. The dust trapped on the surface of the plastic burning plate is sprayed into the inner cavity of the plastic burning plate by the compressed air equipped with the pulse valve and the actuator through the spray pipe. Due to its strong backblowing effect, the dust gathered on the outer surface of the plastic burning plate is affected by the impact, and the dust falls off layer by layer and then falls into the ash hopper.
