The desulfurization dust collector is the flue gas to be treated through the wind energy collecting cavitation chamber, and the desulfurization liquid phase down the upper end of the collision, the gas-liquid two phases continue to collide and smash each other, forming a layer of mass transfer in the form of micro-bubbles, with the trapped impurities gradually thickened the cavitation liquid layer. Part of the smoke breaks through the buoyancy and falls to the bottom of the tower, and the purified smoke rises and exits from the chimney.

    1. The desulfurization rate is as high as 95%, and the smoke outlet concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3.
    2. No nozzle, no blockage, scaling and other problems.
    3. Low liquid-gas ratio, only about 20% of the empty tower spray.
    4. The failure rate is very low, as long as the | fan and liquid supply pump are normal, the device can run stably and the operation is very simple.
    5. Consumption of wind pressure is only 1200-1500Pa.
    6. The flue gas does not contain mist droplets after treatment.
    7 Low operating cost and investment.
    8. Limestone slurry, lime slurry, lye, lye wastewater can be used as desulfurizer.
    9. It has a particularly obvious advantage for high-concentration smoke that is difficult to handle by general methods. The flue gas with SO2 content higher than 10000mg/Nm3 can be purified to less than 100mg/Nm3.
