The export dust concentration can meet or exceed the national standard, generally up to 30mg/m³, the pressure loss is related to the operating conditions and machine type, generally between 500-2000Pa, so the bag dust collector is widely used in the industrial dust removal system.

The working principle of bag dust collector:
The working principle of the bag dust collector is a filtration process and a cleaning process.
1, filtration process: bag filter filter process is mainly completed by the filter bag, the new filter bag in the initial operation of the main capture 1 micron or more dust, trapping mechanism is inertia, screening, shielding, classical settlement or gravity settlement, filtration process after a period of time will form a dust layer in the filter bag. The three-dimensional hole structure of the dust layer and the filter bag can trap more fine dust, and the dust concentration of the dust containing gas can be processed by the bag dust collector is 0.5-100g /m³
2, Cleaning process: the opening and closing of the pulse valve is controlled by the pulse controller or PLG during cleaning. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed to the filter bag port through the small hole on the spray pipe, forming an induced air that is equivalent to several times the volume of the ejector air into the filter bag, making the filter bag form an instant positive pressure and expand rapidly. The dust attached to the surface of the filter bag falls off into the ash hopper to achieve the purpose of ash cleaning.
